Joyce A. Sessoms, M.Ed. is a lifelong learner and innovator. Months after her retirement, she used her 30+ years of experience in the social work and education field to found The ARK Educational Consulting, Inc. (The ARK Educational Resource Center). She is a published author, the latest being High School Grand Slam: An Educational GPS, featuring the roadmap to educational success.
Her husband, Furman, serves as co-founder and facilitator of the Boys 2 Men Teen Mentor Group. Together, they enjoy a fulfilling mission of serving the students and families in the community.
